Serco has been awarded an $18.9 million Navy task order to install C4ISR systems on the carrier Harry S. Truman.
Under the 10-month contract from the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command Center Atlantic, Serco will install the Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services system on the carrier, according to a company news release. In addition, Serco will deliver satellite communications to the ship as well as supporting C4ISR system upgrades.
The task order was issued under the Navy's indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity Global Installation Contract.
